I was at Disney World just last year. Of the two times we watched Wishes, I didn't enjoy either. Our view was perfect but everyone around us was talking through the entire show and their was a stream of people bumping into us and talking very loud as well. You can understand how this would kill the moment. The second time we tried really hard to be more to one side than in the middle of the road but we had the same results. Where can I find a place to view this amazing show without rude people ruining it for my entire family?

If you're in a CROWD, they WILL talk through it.
I hate that, but people don't understand the "theater mood" that makes for a "good show".

There are some other places to see Wishes and not be SURROUNDED.

One secluded spot is from the "bridge" that leads from Frontierland to Spalsh Mountain.
The SOUNDTRACK is supplied back there, and you can see nearly everything (including Tinkerbell).
The things you MISS back there are the fun/beautiful castle-front effects and the symmetry of being in the "center of the stage" for the fireworks.
But the fireworks are HUGE, regardless, and the BIGGEST ones ("rear" fireworks) are actually sent UP from the back of MK, near BTMRR and Splash.

Enjoy the show.

We watched from right in fron of the castle and didn't notice any conversations going on around us other than the "oohhh's" and "aaahhhh's".

We got great view from the balcony at train station at bottom of main street. It was a bit crowded for Spectromagic parade, but after the parade most of the crowd with young children went home, leaving plenty space to those who stayed to watch Wishes.

We were on the bride to Tomorrowland right by the sign for Tomorrowland where the benches are and it was great.

Where can I get me a BRIDE to Tomorrowland?

She sounds like she'd be a forward-thinking gal!

The best place that I have found is the top of the swiss family tree house but you can only do this when the fire works happen one hour before park closing like on EMH nights

We have watched it from Mickey's Toontown Fair several times. You pretty much have the place to yourself during Wishes. You don't get the castle effects but its still nice. :thumbsup2

I second the bridge to Tomorrowland - get there early enough to have enough space at the railing, and the crowd will be behind you.
