Best place to use TDM?

I have found 5,000 credits a few times in the Frontierland Hub

at yeti under the frozen wave or in Esplanade, walk to the bench straight ahead and walk abck and fourth in front of it.

I have found that win or loose you should always go to the same place rather than jumping room to room

Anywhere... Although I think I'm in the minority that think that it doesn't matter where you use it. I think it's like the SIT pins, when you use one the game just randomly decides if you get a prize and then what you get.

I just used 4 and got 2000 credits in the dungeon, buried in treasure in Storybookland and a Tiki fountain in Hide n Seek Forrest.

I haven't been lucky this past week. I have been using the same room, same general spot, but got a lot of nothing. I had to change rooms several times before I finally got something.

I am with you Coaster. Actually, it does not matter where you use it, the win is in the pin, not the spot. Most of the time I use mine in an empty dark ride room of my own so that I have continuous space to walk in and I have won many times in my own room with me and all my "others."

I have luck in the VMK gallery and Captians Quarters Quest. I always use an empty instance.

I usually go to either the Matterhorn or Storybookland. But I think the same as Coasterguy that the pin already knows if you win or not, so just have fun trying different places.

I prefer empty rooms too. Not necessarily because I think I have a better chance of winning there, but you can cover more virtual ground without other avatars in your way.

That said, I am partial to Captain's Quest Quarters and Splash Mountain. I've had several 5000-credit wins there, even if it is all luck.

Lol, I bet you're right. It does sound like it would be simpler to program that than to constantly move the the prize locations around.

Funny how we all tend to credit VMK with more complexity than is really there. For the longest time, I assumed that different music mixes would get individual bonuses for being played a certain number of times.

I use mine while everyone else is using theirs during the host games. I find that the more ppl using the better chance you have to get something. Of the 15 (no not all are mine...) that I used yesterday I got:

5000 3x
2000 1x
Hat 1x
Tiki 2x
Magic 4x

Of course the 3 that didn't get anything are the poorest of my minions or a friend whose accounts I am taking care of right now.

I always do mine in my 'Quest' room. Lots of seats on the left and right side so that you can sit quickly. Hehe
