So where is the best place to stand in MK if you want to watch a stage show and then view the parade from the same spot? Is that area near Walt's statue accessible or is it reserved for people who have Cruella's party booked? I'm speaking in particular about during MNSSHP so genie+ reservations. Is the area near Casey's corner too far back to have a good view of the stage show?

I don't think there will be Genie+ during the party, they never had FP+ before.

Casey's is def too far for the stage show, if you want to see it well - you'll be able to hear it.

If I were doing show then parade I'd be close to the stage on the curb and then all I have to do is turn around.
