Hello!
I have a friend that recently got back from WDW and had a magical moment coated in pixie dust only possible at Disney and wants to send a gushing letter regarding how wonderful the whole experience was. After some previous heartbreak on missing out on a favorite princess and some mix-ups causing some bumps on the trip, her 2 DD's got to walk and ride Flying Carpets with Aladdin and Jasmine and DF still gets choked up thinking about the sheer elation on her girls' faces. The photos she has could be in commercials or at least in the dictionary under "DISNEY MAGIC".
I know there is a standard customer service form online but wasn't sure if there was a more direct email or contact I could direct her to. She really wants to make sure that Disney knows how much this moment made her family's trip and ensure proper gratitude to those involved.
Would appreciate any advice for best place to send her!!! TIA!
