Best Place to see the Xmas Parade

I'm going to go to the park this Friday and I was wondering where's the best place to see the parade? I will be with a 19 month and a 3 year old. Thanks

All I can say is if you would like a good view of the parade you need to get a spot on the parade route (will be printed on the map) at least 60 mins before the parade starts. With the ages of you kids you better be prepared to entertain them while you wait. I usually get something to eat before staking out our spot and eat while we wait. I also try to have some books or coloring pages available.

since your going this friday they will probably have 2 parades going...one at 3:30 starting from IASW and ending on main st.....then the one at 6:30 will start from main and end at IASW...if your going to go to the afternoon one I would say at the far right side of IASW...if your going in the evening...anywhere on main st. is good...

yes where the floats come out...I would sit on the side where IASW is...maybe halfway down...you'll get the best character interaction
