Best place to pick up a prepared picnic lunch?

On our vacation in December, my husband and I are taking a day trip to Blue Spring State Park in the hopes of seeing some manatees. We would like to take a picnic lunch with us in our small cooler. However, we don't want to buy all the stuff to make our own sandwhiches, etc. Is there some place near our hotel (the Ramada Eastgate, which is on 192 near Medieval Times) where we could pick up a nice prepared picnic lunch? Maybe some sandwhiches, some pasta or seafood salad, some fruit or cheese, some dessert - things like that? It would need to be someplace that would be open early, since we hope to get on the road around 8am that morning. Any suggestions?

Isn't your hotel near the Publix at 192 and 535? I seem to recall that they had a deli which would make sandwiches.
