Best Place to have dinner before MVMCP?

I am trying to determine a strategy for the night we attend MVMCP.. we were planning on eating early at WCC that night. What time do they start serving dinner? Could we make it back to MK by 7:00 for the party? Or are we better off eating in the MK? We are planning on doing LTT for dinner another night and CP for breakfast one morning or else we would do one of those places... Any other recommendations?

I would pick LTT or the CP in the MK.

We did Crystal Palace around 4:30 or so, and it worked out perfect.

We usually do LTT before MVMCP because it is a nice place to relax, eat some good comfort food, and get some character time for the kids. After we are done we can walk right out of the restaurant and we are in the midst of a WDW Christmas...........what a way to spend the evening! We usually get an ADR for around 5:30-6:00pm so we do not have to be out in the park during the transition to the MVMCP.

This was with character interaction and all, so I want to say we finished around 6:30. Maybe a little before. This was in 2006. Anyway, we ended up having a very good time. Hope you do to.

If I remember correctly, the first dinner seating at WCC is at 5pm. We were going to go there before MVMCP, but wanted to get into MK 4:30-5pm ish. We decided to have a big "late lunch", and then snacked later during the party.

We haven't been to WCC for dinner for a couple of years, but at that time they rang the dinner bell (literally) at 5pm. Maybe someone else can tell you if it's different.

For MVMCP, I would either eat a late lunch at the MK and do CS during the party if you're hungry later - or the earliest dinner time.

Even though the party doesn't start until 7, you are able to enter the MK at 4. A few years back, for one party, we entered at 4 and had an early dinner at LTT and were done by 6. We were able to go to Tomorrowland and ride some rides until the party officially opened at 7.

We really enjoyed CP before MVMCP.

What I have done in the past and enjoyed is a late lunch at Kona Cafe, then we head over to the party early. We fill up at lunch so that we don't need a meal for dinner, just snacks.
