I've not found Accuweather all that reliable, especially when it comes to temps here in FL. They always predict colder temps in the winter than what it actually is and warmer in the summer than it actually is.
Their forcast has changed drastically temperature wise in just the past few days. I was thrilled to see 70's during the day and 60's at night for the first week in November, now they're saying well into the 80's during the day. The humidity levels are high, it'll be more like May than November. (but the sun is not as strong this time of year)
However it could change again by week's end. I think the weather channel's forcasts are little more accurate, but nothing really is, they'll just give you an idea. As far as rain, if there is an approaching cold front or the humidity and temps are high then rain is more of a possibility otherwise it should be nice.
I always prepare for rain. I plan to pack mostly summer type things with a few long sleeved shirts and some long pants.
