Best place to get $ cash, under £500?

I have a fairfx card, which has the best rate right now I think, but I wanted some cash to take too, and thought I'd take advantage while the rate is at $1.50!

Fairfx cash rate is 1.46, plus £6 delivery if it's under £500.

I don't want to change that much, so I expect to pay a delivery charge, but wanted to check if I could get a better rate anywhere else?

The post office is 1.45 according to their website, but the one round the corner from me always has a lower rate than that when I go in and check.

I got mine from crown currency online yesterday the exchange rate for cash was 1.4936... Also no delivery charges etc..... The rate does all depend on when you need the cash for though...

There's no delivery under a certain amount?

I need to get my cash little and often rather than in one lump sum lol. Will this be ok then?

M&S usually have a good rate and if you have Co-operative Travel near you they are too!

Tescos wasn't bad either the other week.

Tesco does currency exchange?? I never knew that lol. Not sure my local one does, we're in a small village. Do you just ask or should there be a sign or something saying they do it?

Another vote for Co-op they have usually (here anyway) have the best rate,and deals for certain amounts,definately worth a look.
