Best place to get a tattoo at Disney?

Okay, I want to get a new tattoo. I have one of Eeyore, but it doesn't look quite right. I would love to get another one at Disney when we visit. I hope someone can answer this for me.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is anywhere at Disney that you can get a tattoo?. Maybe someone else will know for sure.
