where is the best table service restaurant in any of the resorts? what are some of your faves?

Yacht Club-our fav is the Yachtsman Steakhouse
Grand Floridian-Citricos
Poly-Ohana and Kona

Flying Fish at Boardwalk (a meal to remember......lick your plate GOOD)
Narcoosee's at GF (it seems to sometimes get a bad rap, but we had an incredible experience)
Grand Floridian Cafe at GF : angus burger w/ lobster. enough said. :thumbsup2

Yachtman Steakhouse - Yacht and Beach Resort

This is a must on every trip. In fact for our 25th in October, we will be eating there on our Anniversary.

First is Ohana at the Poly. Good food is the reason we go here. The restaurant is loud and the service usually slow, but the food is worth it.

Second is Whispering Canyon Cafe in WL. We love this place. Always have a great meal. DH loves the antics, me not so much, but hey I let him be a kid. LOL

Next we love Chef Mickey's in CR. It is one of the better buffets, always hot, fresh and tasty. It too gets loud but for some reason it doesn't bother me here.

First off I had to chuckle from the title of the thread. :rotfl2:

I really liked the 1900 breakfast and Boma meals from our last 2 trips. The boma breakfast and dinner are amazing.

We are adults only:

Victoria & Alberts - GF

bluezoo - Dolphin

Il Mulino - Swan

Glad to hear you like Narcooses. We are going there for the first time in December. Good to have a good review!

Everyone in my family agrees that Ohana has been our favorite by far 3 trips in a row! We also love Boma and Rose & Crown.

For dinner
1) Narcoosees at Grand Floridian
2) Bluezoo at Dolphin
3) Citricos at Grand Floridian

For lunch
1) Grand Floridian Cafe

For a 1 TS I would say Ohana
For a 2 TS I would DEFINITELY say Jiko:thumbsup2

All the listed restaurants are great. You will have a great experience at any of those locations.

For a cheap(er) sit-down experience, we always include Beached n Cream at the beach club (it has a limited menu, burgers there are GREAT tho) or ESPN club at the boardwalk.

I would recommend Chef Mickeys only for a character meal. I'm partial to Cape May Cafe for delish food and variety

Citricos at GF
Sanaa at AKL
Jiko at AKL
Flying Fish at BWI
Turf Club at SSR

Boardwalk we really enjoy Big River Brewing Company
Wilderness Lodge we have a lot of fun at Whispering Canyon.
Beach Club... Can't miss the burgers at Beaches & Cream.
Poly.. Ohana for dinner and Kona Cafe for breakfast.
Cont.. Why not.. Chef Mickey

When not looking for a dining experience but just a good dinner here are my choices:

I hate to talk about it because it is so rarely crowded and the service has never been anything but excellent... Olivia's at Old Key West is a gem.

At Port Orleans Riverside I'm a fan of Boatwrights. Many people knock it, but for a decent sit down meal it is a good place when it's not crowded.
