Best place to buy princess costumes?

Hi all,

My DD is a tall 6 and as such hasn't been able to fit any of the Disney princess costumes available down under for a good couple of years now (the biggest size I can find is 4-6, but it's tiny!) so she would like to buy a Belle and an Elsa costume when we are in Disneyland.
I see on the disneystore UK website they have a size 7-8 and 9-10 so we should be in luck!

Is there somewhere in DLP that specialises in Princess gear we should be looking for the best costumes?

Hi I haven't had any little girls at DLP for a while now but every where you go there are dress for up to 12 years they are well made too.
Not cheap but super cute
You will not have any problem finding one to suit I'm sure.
I know people get there dd the princess make over at the DLH and pick the dress to match the make over is this something your dd would like ?

I did have a look into this, we're a bit pressed for time though and TBH I'm not 100% keen on it, it's a bit too toddlers and tiaras for my liking!

She will be just as happy to finally get a princess dress and to meet a princess

It was just a thought she will have a great time and don't worry you will find a dress fit for your princess

There are various dresses for sale in the main park but there's a great princess section in the Walt Disney Studios shop on the left after you enter. They had lots of dresses when we were there...can't remember if they had Elsa though If you're visiting England first and can get hold of one in the Disney Store, I would do that.

Just behind Sleeping Beauty Castle in Fantasyland, they have a huge selection and many accessories to go with it

It doesn't have to be at DLP tbh. I am the same as you, I don't do the whole make-up thing on little girls, but DD loves face paint and having her hair done etc. She has had the makeover twice now, and I have stopped them from putting make-up on her both times, and just allowed the face paint. It isn't like the WDW make-overs I have seen which make me cringe.

It does take a while though, so if you don't have much time it would be a push anyway.
