Ask the concierge at your hotel. But if I had to guess, one of the deluxe resort stores should carry belts.

The same thing happened to me in Dec 2011. I never found a belt, but I did rig up my camera case strap to be an acceptable substitute!

There is a cart at Downtown Disney, just a short walk from the boat docks for Port Orleans / Saratoga Springs. It is near the Rainforest Cafe' and Goofy's Candy Shop. He sells all kinds of belts and buckles, and cuts the belt to your size for you. My son and I both have belts, and a couple of buckles from him, and are quite happy with them.

Remembered DH's costume "Flynn" belt last fall but forgot his real belt. Picked one up at Sammy Duvall Curl in DTD. Went straight to Harley Davidson expecting a huge supply of leather belts and was stunned to find not one.

Or you could always use a fanny pack....

Just walk up to any of the resort bars and ask the bartender for a short one.

Same thing happened to my husband. They sell them at Epcot in the Mexico pavilion.

On one trip I needed a belt at WDW and could not find one anywhere (at the parks, resort, and World of Dis.) Even at DTD no one directed me to the right place. I finally bought a drink strap and secured it with a large safety pin!

I thought my new belt was so cute that when I got home I bought a buckle to make it into a real belt. I packed just that belt for my next trip to the World, and guess what - the buckle was too big to fit through the loops of my pants! So I spent another trip fastening my Disney "belt" with a safety pin!
