best place for wildlife ?

After 4 years of being park commandos we would like to see more of natural Florida. Where is the best place/s to go to view wildlife other than birds ?

Spiceycat I would LOVE to do the animal husbandry course, though will have to wait until kids grow up! The wilderness preserve looks interesting thankyou.

At least until about March, if you want to see manatee, go to Blue Springs state park in Orange City (head east toward Daytona, exit soon after you cross the St Johns River bridge). Because the springs are a constant 72 degress, the manatee congregate there in Winter. You can usually see a gator or two there, too, any time of year.

The best place to visit would be The Everglades..

Lake Louisa State Park, take 192 west to route 27 north, go about 11 miles it will be on your left.
