Best Place for Parade Interaction

Hi, I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere, where would you recommend to stand for the parade with 2 small children for the best interaction with characters? We stood in front of the town hall last time and we had a great view but no characters came near us!

the start or the end of the parade route - so either up near the gates of Discoveryland near the queue area of the Its a Small World ride in Fantasyland, or near the entrance to the Liberty arcade on Town Square .

Only a section of it is, there is a normal bay to the right of it.

I agree, we've had great interaction just outside Bella Notte.

I ALWAYS watch the parade at the Discovery Arcade (where the parade ends).
Over the years I tried many spots, and that became my usual spot.
It's very quite there, so the characters interact with you so much more.
Plus, great angle to take amazing photos.

We always watch it from outside Bella Notta and it's never too busy and we get a great view and character interaction. As it's near the start of the parade route, it also means that you can go off and make the most of the low crowds whilst everyone else is still waiting for the parade to do its full route!
