Best place for Ice Cream at IOA?

I was just curious, what's the best place for ice cream at IOA? I've heard theres an Ice cream place in the Lost Continent, Seuss Landing, and in Toon Lagoon?

If you're only going to IOA, I would go with Cathy's Ice Cream in Cartoon Lagoon. They sell Ben & Jerry's brand.

It's ice cream that has been frozen into tiny, round beads and comes in an assortment of flavors. It's usually outrageously expensive but it's a fun novelty food.

Hate to break it to you, but Frozen Desert (the place in Lost Continent that had that ice cream) has closed. So unless they move the ice cream elsewhere, you won't be able to get it.
