best place for FP+ info

I know it is here on the dis but I was wondering is there one place with all the up to date info? I have a friend going soon for her first wdw trip, I have not done the bands yet, I kinda get the idea but the nitty gritty not so much. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Because it's still being rolled out, FP+ and MBs are changing all of the time. I typically direct those looking for information to the Theme Parks forum, but also recommend that they check these out:

Even I've stayed out for the most part of trying to write up a "this is how it works" thing because between the changes and the problems it is difficult to nail anything down...but the threads mentioned are best for the at least latest info (if rather long).

Things _may_ be a little clearer at the end of the month.
