Best Place for Ahi Tuna

I'm looking to try ahi tuna for the first time ever. I'm wondering which restaurant has the best ahi tuna?

My DH had it at the HBD a year ago and said it was delicious.

Yes, the seared ahi at HBD was excellent but they have sadly removed it from the menu.

I very much enjoy the ahi carpaccio appetizer at Flying Fish.
