Best parking option for a quick 2 hr visit

We are AP holders from Arizona visiting Carlsbad this week. The last day of our trip we are going to Knottsbery Farm. We are thinking of popping by Disneyland for a couple of hrs after knottsberry closes or for a couple of hrs on the day we leave to drive back. We were just there 2 weeks ago but hoping to get on Star Tours if open. Any suggestions were to park for just a couple of hrs?

You can park in DTD for up to 3 hours

If you are gonna really stick to the 2 hour window, DTD is the best option, as you can monorail into Tomorrowland, and Star tours is right there. However, if you are anything like me and my wife, a two hour visit tends to turn into a six hour visit, regardless of good intentions. If you suspect this might happen to you, you might be better off in Mickey and Friends.
