Best parking lot for wheelchair user?

I am planning our first ever day trip to DLR with my paralyzed dd. We've only stayed within walking distance before, so this will be our first time using the parking lots. Are all the lots pretty much the same for handicapped parking and getting a wheelchair onto the tram? Would you recommend TS, M&F or another as the best for us?

TS is a flat lot where M&F is a parking structure.

TS lot would be my first choice with a wheelchair because you would not have to deal with waiting for the elevator with all the strollers like at M&F. Also M&F use trams and TS use city like buses.

M&F has a dedicated shuttle for wheelchairs. In Toy Story you take the bus. Plus if you have a disabled permit you'll be directed to park on the ground level and bypass the elevator.

depending what time of day. Yesterday Anaheim police wouldntblet any car in Mickey or Toy Story. All cars had to park at Anaheim Gardenwalk. Structure didnt open till later.
