Best park for Saturday afternoon and evening

We are going in June and plan to arrive at AS Sports around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We really want to go ahead and see one of the parks as much as we can. Which park would you suggest? I thought whichever was the early morning park as the resort guests may be leaving by the afternoon but then thought that particular park may be packed all day because of early morning entry.

DS really wants to see MGM that Saturday as RnR and ToT are his favorites. You think it would be worth it to try and do MGM?

I would go ahead and try and get settled. Rest and relax and then head out at 5. MGM is fine. Just realize that Fastpasses may already be gone for the day and the standby line may be at least an hour for both TOT and RnRC.

Pace yourself. You don't want to go full speed on the first day and be pooped out by week's end.

You'll have a great time whatever you decide to do....
