Best park for adults night out

Hi,
I will be traveling to WDW with my husband and two young kids (5 and 2).
I am hoping that one of the nights that we are away that we will be able to have in room babysitting so that DH and I can have a "night out" just the two of us. I was hoping to visit one of the WDW parks (MK or Epcot or HS or AK) so that we can ride the more "adult" rides that we won't be able to ride with the little ones. I am not really interested in eating or anything else; just rides
Any ideas about what parks will be best for this? I was thinking maybe HS since it has a few "thrill" type rides? But I am very open to people's opinions because I haven't been to WDW in 20 years and have no idea what to expect.

There aren't many "thrill" rides in any of the parks. DHS has 2, DAK has 2, Epcot has 2/3 but 2 of them aren't scary just fast/high, and MK has the mountains. So for sheer ride number I would still go to MK. You can do Space, Big Thunder, Splash, and anything else you think the kids won't enjoy. Besides that if you want a ton of coasters and thrills then plan a night to Universal and buy an express pass for your husband and you. Then you can go to the front of the line of everything. It may seem expensive to just a night but would be fun.

The PP is right that the best thrill rides are at US/IOA, but the problem is that you'd be gone a long time due to travel times and you probably don't want to leave the kids that long.

Don't forget that you can always do child swap where you each ride the thrill ride separately while the other watches the children.

Yes, we plan to save a US/IOA trip for when my kids are a bit older.
I think that doing a combination of child swap with maybe an adults night out at MK one night might make the most sense.
