Best park for a Sunday

I will be in Orlando in just over 2 weeks and was wondering which Universal park is the best to do on a Sunday?
I have the seven day bonus pass so I have plenty more days to experience the whole of the parks but was interested in which will be the least crowded.

The general opinion is that Universal is less crowded on the weekends than IOA.
