Best Park Counter Service Breakfast?

It's hard to believe, but I have one counter service credit left over on my next trip! My DH insists on going off-site to eat at Ran Getsu of Tokyo (great sushi and shabu-shabu ) so I am only using one meal that day.

All of our lunches and dinners are filled. So, where should I go for breakfast one day? We're staying at Boardwalk Villas so we will usually just eat in the room before we hit the road. I guess that breakfast at Boardwalk or Beach Club would be OK too.

I have posted the same question twice and both times for theme parking dining folks have suggested Main Street Bakery for the French Toast loaf (I've had this before --it's good) and other items. I think we have decided to use our extra CS credit at a non-theme park restaurant--Captain Cook's to get banana stuffed French Toast. (Although it's only a monorail ride from MK and Epcot)
