I've been to 2 WS restaurants recently.
I did NOT like Les Chefs de France. The service was mediocre and the food was disappointing. Remy only makes appearances for lunch.
Le Cellier had the best service by far. Jess, our "Canadian for the evening" was sweet and attentive. The steak wasn't any better than a chain steakhouse, but it was good and the setting was nice. The pretzel bread, cheese soup, and maple creme brulee are pretty awesome though.
Restaurant Marrakesh was very entertaining. They have a belly dancer and band playing intermittently. The inside is really pretty. The food was enjoyable, but nothing outstanding. Service was pretty good and the CM's were all really friendly. I think my favorite part of the meal was the Mint Tea.
Prices were very similar at all 3.
I would go back to Marrakesh or Le Cellier anytime for WS dining. But I'd save a lot of money at Le Cellier and just skip the steak! I was really happy with my tomato stack, pretzel bread, and maple creme brulee!
Marrakesh is a very easy to get an ADR for, even after the 180 window opens. Le Cellier, as I'm sure you know, is tough to get in to!
