Best options for TS with same-day availability?

I know this probably varies from day to day and at different times of the year, but in your opinion what are the best TS restaurants that often have same day availability? Trying to leave some options open in case plans change. What are some hidden gems?

I'm not sure about restaurants in the parks, but some Disney Springs and resort restaurants have reservations available on OpenTable. Last Sunday, I checked OpenTable and about 10 Disney Springs restaurants had availability within the same hour.

Biergarten, Spice Road Table, Marrakech, Skippers Canteen, Tiffins, and all the Landry’s properties with the select card but only Yak & Yeti for me because of the ahi Tuna nachos from heaven.

I think it also depends on party size. On my honeymoon, my husband and I got same day reservations for Le cellier and restaurant marrakesh.

Very true! We are typically a party of 4, but I bet a party of 2 would have more options.
