Best option for table service in MK

I am making ADR's next week and DH and I can't settle on where to eat when at MK. We ate lunch at CP 2 years ago and it was good. Nothing to write home about but good! Kids and DH and my MIL and I loved the characters.

This time we will have my sister who's a Senior in H.S. and a newborn, no MIL this trip.

DH wants to eat at Tony's but I'm reading so many bad reviews. I mentioned Liberty Tavern but then worried the food options are limited with the family style dinner.

Is there anything else that offers a wider choice for table service? We hope to to T.service for dinner. Cinderella's Palace isn't probably ideal right now with our group. Or maybe I should try?

Any suggestions?

I would take the monorail over to the Poly for lunch at Kona!!! It's a break from the park and a better meal than you would find there!! One of my favorites!!

We love the lunch at Liberty Tree. There are several different entrees to choose from and they are all great! Only the dinner is the family style.

The lunch menu also has the best dessert on property - the ooey gooey toffee cake.

I totally agree!:goodvibes

I would do CP again, or LTT for lunch. Or do as a PP suggested, and go to one of the monorail resorts, Kona, Ohana, the Wave, and GF Cafe are all great one-credit options.

If the most important thing to you is to stay within the park I'd shoot for about a 2 pm lunch at LTT (full menu at lunchtime; family-style at dinner). But if the most important thing is to have TS for dinner rather than lunch, get thee to the monorail. Try Kona (Poly) or The Wave (CR).

When it comes to the Table Service Restaurants inside the Magic Kingdom I have been to Liberty Tree Tavern, Tony's Town Square and The Plaza.

While I thought they were all good if I had to choose one of them to try a second time I would go with Liberty Tree Tavern.

I think we've decided to do QS dinner instead, maybe at Columbia House. Nothing at the parks is appealing anymore and we are going during Spring Break so not too interested in leaving the crowded park to go to a resort and then maybe not being able to get back into the park.

We have eaten at the Wave....it's Grand Opening Week and it was amazing! I would recommend that but just don't have time. I'd love to eat at Cali Grill again too...that was delic! And we've done Kona Cafe for breakfast...super good!

Thanks for your info!
