anyone have any suggestions to what the best off site resort is??

Yes this is beautiful...

We also really enjoyed Hilton Grand Vac. Club @ SeaWorld. Their International Dr. location looked very nice too and is newer than the SW location.

I'd love to stay at Bonnet Creek. Photos look really nice.

Check out the Gaylord Palms! It is fabulous and their discounts right now are terrific!

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal!!!!

The Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott Grande Lakes (they share the property) are both great hotels--lazy river pool, lots of kids activities.

Any of the Lowes hotels at Universal are great.

Caribe Royale on International Drive is wonderful!! We have stayed in the villas twice and they are great!!
