I've not heard of them mostly I hear about Under Cover Tourist. I know some places add shipping and taxes on also.

No, but have used undercover tourist more than once. Know that their prices include S&H and taxes where the Disney site doesn't show taxes etc till you're ready to pay . Also sign up for mouse savers newsletter and the prices go down a little more than UT site shows.
