Hi.
So we are planning a trip over Columbus Day weekend and no studios are available. What studio has the highest odds that sleep 5 that would come through.
Thank you all!

A VGF resort studio. But right now you cannot book it online or create a waitlist by phone unless you own at VGF.

The Standard View Studios at the Poly sleep up to 5 and it's the largest studio booking category of the WDW DVC Resorts. There will be 202 VGF Resort Studios once the conversion is complete sometime this summer.

Those wont all be declared into the association right away though? Will be declared in as sales allow right?

100 have been declared already. The remainder will be added as sales reach the number of points those 100 studio represent.

The reason that I suggest VGF resort studios as having the greatest chance is because they have not sold all of points represented by those 100 units. Members who do not own at VGF can book them starting 5/13. Unlike Poly, which is booked up for Columbus Day weekend, VGF will most likely have rooms available to book on 5/13 without needing a wait list.

Thank you for all the responses. Which studio’s that sleep 5, have the new murphy bed?

Poly and Riv. The new VGF resort studios have 2 real queen beds instead of a queen bed and a murphy-style sofa bed.

Just happened upon this … do you think I’d be able to book one night … May 17th at VGF on May 13th? If so, what time should I log in and book it?

The new studios won't be ready for occupancy until the end of June. Until then you would be looking for something in the original building. Since we are about a month away from May 17, I really don't' think anything is still available at VGF. Sorry. Hope you find something. Good luck!
