We will have the DDP, seems like an awful lot of desserts with the CS and TS.

So where are the best snacks that are not sweet?

You can get fruit or soft pretzels.

There are a ton of options for DDP available, I was very surprised as to how much counted towards a snack credit.

I was suprise to learn that a large bag of mickey pretzels in the gift shop was considered one snack, we got one for the trip home. In the parks you can get water, fruit, popcorn, hot pretzels, french fries, dole whip. They are really good about having items on the the menu marked with a little DDP symbol.

I LOVE the spicy hot cheese pretzels at the Lunching Pad in the Magic Kingdom. According to the DIS it's counted as a snack credit. YUM!

Yes.. Figaro Fries are a snack! Yummy! How about those steamed buns at MGM? Never had one though so I'm not sure if they are good but they are on the DDP as a SC

Are the egg rolls from Adventureland and China considered a snack credit? They are delish!

My kids like to get the Onion Rings at Flame Tree in Animal Kingdom.

The more obvious nonsweet snacks are the chips I've seen on the kiosks that sell sodas, ice cream, etc. Being on the DDP, most counter services and quick snacks counters will let you get almost any thing under $4. I've seen nachos at one place, but for the life of me, I can not remember where.

I like the egg rolls at Lotus Blossom in the China pavillion in Epcot. Once they let me get them as a snack on the DDP and another time they didn't. Go figure.:confused3
