I like the GF cafe, the setting is elegant and the food quite good.

Captain's Grille at the YC and the Wave would be 2 of my choices. GF Cafe is one I want to try.
I had my birthday dinner at the Wave. It was soooo nice. Make sure you add that to your reservation. They give you one of the desserts and wish you happy birthday and all good stuff. It's nice to be "special"

Ohana, Kona, Sanaa and besides the bad reviews we ate at Maya and had a great experience.

Captain's Grille would be my choice. We've been to Disney many times and tried the CG for the first time last month and thought it was one of the best meals we have ever had at the Disney Rest.
