Best non Fast Pass attractions

What are the two best non fast pass attractions for each Park? We are planning a trip to visit the World in December and want to know what the two best must see attractions are in each park that are not fast pass rides. We try to use Fast Pass when ever we go to WDW as normally these are the better / most popular attractions and the fast pass is a great time saver. We are trying to come up with a list of non fast pass rides so we can try to get to those attractions as early in the day as possible or maybe when the parades are running. What are the two best must see attractions???? We know the park will be crazy and crowded when we go for Christmas week but a week at Disney even if it is jammed is still better than sitting at home dreaming about being there.
