:goodvibes Happy 2009 ! :goodvibes

To avoid some sneezing, coughs, dirty hands and germs (we read about the virus going around WDW this past December 2008)- we thought we would do all non-buffet TS.

We picked our favorites from our past WDW vacations and added a few new ones. We will be staying at the Dolphin or POFQ or maybe CSR. We are still waiting to see what resort deals are availble for Easter 2010. We will be vacationing in WDW for about 12 days (10 day park hopper tickets).

Do you agree with our reasons and selections ?
Any other places you might suggest to eat ?

MK
Cindy's for breakfast [characters]
Tony's Town Square for dinner
Plaza Restaurant for late lunch

EPCOT
LeCellier for lunch or dinner
Garden Grill for dinner [characters]
Coral Reef for dinner on Good Friday

DHS
50's Prime Time Cafe for dinner
Mama Melrose for dinner & Fantasmic Package

AK
Yak & Yeti for late lunch
Rain Forest Cafe for late lunch <maybe eat at RFC in DTD>

RESORTS
WL - Whispering Canyoun Cafe for late lunch or dinner
Poly- 'Ohanas for breakfast [characters]
WLC - HDD for 7PM show

;) THANK YOU !;)

You have some of my favorites on your list. I love LeCellier (we'll be there in Feb too), Mama Melrose, and 50's. I'm dying to try Yak & Yeti too this trip. This sounds great!

:thumbsup2 Thank you Buzz2001 for your prompt reply. Happy 2009 ! :thumbsup2

I like all of your selections!! Here are a couple more.

MK:
Liberty Tree (Lunch or Dinner)
Cosmic Rays (Burger toppings are on a salad bar, but they server other items.)
Pinocchio Village Haus (Lunch)

EPCOT:
Yorkshire County Fish Shop (Lunch)
San Angel
Teppan Edo

AK:
Rainforest (Great Breakfast, and quick way into the park!)
Flametree is okay for a quick lunch sammy.

DTD:
Ragland Road (Dinner)
Cooke's of Dublin (I like fish and chips; can you tell!)
House of Blues makes a pretty good Blacken Chicken Salad.

MGM:
50' Prime Time is my favorite.

Thanks Dag - and thank you for the CS suggestions.
We have done a Japanese steak house - OHSO's where we live.
Teppan Edo sounds like a fun place for lunch.
Our friends have always eaten at San Angel, we have only walked pasted it to the boat ride in Mexico. I think we will add San Angel to our list of TS.

Thanks again and happy 2009 !

Doh!!!! How could I forget San Angel. My wife's favorite restaurant at EPCOT.

I prefer the Biergardens. Foods not great, but the beer comes in really big glasses. I guess it's a guy thing.

More good choice. Where is the fish house in Epcot? I never heard of that one.

We're going down the end of January as well and have taken the buffets off our list as well. That is except Boma's. We really want to try this place out. We'll just have to bring the hand sanitizer with us for this meal. :goodvibes
