Best non-buffet TS for 2 adults

With that said, I read reservations for 2 are hard to get.
So, which restaurants would be the best TS meals for us ?
Price for our total meal should be between $60 and $100.

You can get tables for 2 at all WDW restaurants. We travel as a party of 2 at WDW regularly, and always dine onsite, usually table service. Here are some suggestions for a few non-buffet table service restaurants that we've enjoyed:

Magic Kingdom: Be Our Guest, Skipper's Canteen

Epcot: San Angel Inn, Coral Reef

Hollywood Studios: Sci Fi Dine-In Theater

Animal Kingdom: Rainforest Cafe

Animal Kingdom Lodge: Sanaa

Beach Club: Beaches & Cream

Yacht Club: Crews Cup Lounge (table service, but no ADRs), Yachtsman Steakhouse (signature)

Polynesian: Ohana

Fort Wilderness: Hoop Dee Doo Revue dinner show

Disney Springs: T-Rex

I dine as a party of 2 on most trips. We have never had difficulty getting exactly what we wanted at 180 days, and can often get many things much closer to our travel date. Our favorites are Via Napoli at Epcot, Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club, and Homecoming at Disney Springs.

I really don't know where this "2 are hard to get" info is coming from. We dine with only 2 very often and have always gotten ADR's we've wanted. We are even more apt to get walk ups because our party is so small!

I would suggest sticking with good, 1 TS restaurants. My recommendations would be:

MK: BOG dinner (this is hard to get for everyone!)
The Plaza (they only take reservations between 11 am - noon. The rest of the time you can walk up)

EP: Spice Road Table, Rose and Crown, Via Napoli

AK: Yak and Yeti

DHS: Mama Melrose

Resort Restaurants: GF Cafe, The Wave, Trail's End, Trattoria al Forno, Capt. Grill

Reservations for 2 are the easiest to get! Me and my husband have gotten every single time and restaurant we've wanted the last seven years! Getting FP and getting on rides is easier too as a party of 2! They're always looking for a party of 2!
Back to the restaurants though we like Via Napoli, Homecoming, Trattoria, Ohana

MK: BOG Dinner (very hard to get)
Epcot: Spice Road Table or Chefs de France
DHS: I don't like anything other than the Brown Derby which is over your price range.
AK: Yak & Yeti

Resort restaurants:
Kona Cafe - Polynesian
Saana - Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani
Kimonos - Swan (sushi)

I usually eat at the signature restaurants so that's all I have in the $60-$100 price range. BUT I eat at only a couple restaurants per visit.

Might be more than $100, but Citrico's at GF was outstanding. My fav is the California Grill and that is def. more than $100, and worth it.
