Best Night for Palo?

Our last two cruises we've done it on the last night and we are not a fan at all. With packing up and all that goes along with that we really don't care for it on the last night. It just so happens the last two cruises we've been on we've had a special occasion (30th birthday & wedding anniversary) and both times they fell on the last night! I'm not big on Palo dinner though, but I'm all about the brunch. Also, one of my favorite entrees is on Pirate night- the seafood pasta. So to each his/her own. Just make sure you don't miss out on brunch! :cloud9:

While many don't like it -- the Pirate Night has always been one of my favorite (although they got rid of my favorite ribs). I wish they didn't do CC on the last day -- it would make packing so much easier since all the swimwear would be dry and ready to pack. On one cruise we did it on the first day --- only because we were trying to outrun a hurricane. It was wonderful because I could wash and pack all the beach wear at the beginning (we aren't pool people).

We've done Palo both on Pirate night and on the last night. I've never felt rushed to get changed after. We are always mostly packed before we go to dinner. This upcoming cruise we are doing Remy first night because it's our anniversary that night. It will be weird to not meet the servers the first night but I'm going to Remy so I'm ok with it lol. Palo brunch is awesome but we are only doing a four day cruise so we had to pick between Palo and Remy brunch. To us they are so different from each other it was hard to pick. We love them both! Ended up choosing Remy because it's my birthday that day :) Decisions, decisions....
