Uniqlo for sure,good sized store with reasonable prices and unique items,unlike many of the expensive stores at DS.

Uniqulo and Coke from the newer stores.... I also love Co-Op (that one opened summer of 2015 but depending on the last time you went it could be new to you)

Thanks for starting this thread I'm also interested in the more unique offerings or if any of the stores have special Disney things. I really like Co-op, which was there on my last trip. Since I live in a major metro area, I have Uniqlo and Haviana stores near me already.
