Best Mini Golf

Which is the best Mini Golf course at WDW? We have never played while there and want to our next visit.

Winter Summerland. Fantasia is okay but it looks run down and very 70's, however there is a GREAT spot to take your pic over there w/ the TOT in the background! If you have AAA you get a pretty good discount too!

Winter SummerLand. Fantasia Gardens is great, but i like the winter look better. I prefer the Winterland, but someone from warmer temp's might like Summerland.

Can you tell me what the AAA discount is? I got the DVC discount last week. My annual pass had just expired, I believe admission was 50% off with the AP.

We liked them both! :rotfl2: But, Winter/Summer Land best!:rotfl: They do offer a DVC discount!:lmao:

I didn't think Fantasia Gardens was that old! Older than Winter Summerland, yes, but does it really go back to the 70s? I don't remember it being there pre 90s. Does anyone know?

Either way, I vote Winter Summerland, too! I can't decide my fave between the winter and summer courses, though.

I don't know when it was built. It looks (to me) like a 1970's mini golf course. I reside in the mini golf capital of the World so all of WDW's mini golf looks boring compared to this stuff.

We played them all a few times and liked the Winter/Summer ones best. Those are cute. Fantasia was just plain and simple. Still fun. :) ALl mini golf is fun!

We have played Fantasia Gardens 3 times & liked it. The AP discount is better than our DVC discount. W/the AP we got a 50% discount when we were there in March. :cool1:

I thought Fantasia Gardens was amazing! We did the The theming was incredible and it was HARD. I've heard Winter Summerland is easier and better for small kids and Fantasia is more for adults.

We did both W/S and Fan this last trip. Fantasia is much harder to play (just look at the 'Par' values on the score cards). I love the themeing at both places. Ok the 'Minature Golf Side of Fantasia is not themed much, but, the Putt Putt side of Fantasia makes up for it.

BTW you CAN use the bus system from W/S up until 9:00 or so. After BB closes, an EPCOT bus stops every 20 minutes or so for guests at W/S. To use the bus system for Fantasia, go to the Swan and walk across the street.
You will have to go through DTD to get back home from the Swan. A definate advantage to those staying at Y/BC and BWV

We love winter summerland, with Winter being the best course. There are what I think are better courses outside of Disney however, Jungle Golf and many others.

Can you get to Winter Summerland using Disney transportation?
As I recall, it seemed close to BB. Maybe busing it to there and walking is an option?

Many thanks :)
