The thing about Ghiardelli's shakes is that the ingredients are very high quality. I don't know that the recipe is all that unique, but when you get quality ice cream and chocolate it makes a big difference. Besides, you need to buy some chocolate to take home "for a rainy day."
Can the bottomless shakes count as your drink on the dining plan? We have an ADR at Whispering Canyon Cafe and that would make that meal have some extra pixie dust.

My hands down favorite is the chocolate Pb at 50s prime time cafe. It's not on the menu but they'll make it for you. You can also stop at the bar and get one to go if you don't want a full meal.
I'm actually going to say my favorite shake was the chocolate raspberry at Le Cellier, followed closely by the pina colada shake at Whispering Canyon. Sadly, I don't think either are on the menu anymore, though there's a somewhat similar (very, very loosely similar) drink to the pina colada one at Coral Reef... It's good, but not a shake.
Believe it or not, but that shake at Le Cellier... OMG... It was hands-down better then 50's PT. I still dream about it. Freaking amazingly good.
