What's the best meal at Akershus for a 6 yr old and a 2 yr old? Should we try for a before park opening breakfast? Or is the food at lunch and dinner better?
We always go for breakfast. It's pricey for a breakfast meal, but the lunch/dinner menus aren't appealing to me, and there are so many other places I'd rather eat in the WS. We try to get as early a reservation as possible to get in the park early.

Breakfast gets my vote! We love it there and do it every trip. They serve the hot food family style with delicious eggs, potato casserole, bacon, sausage. You also have the cold buffet with fresh cut fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It really is great food.
We did dinner in June and it was horrible. I will stick to breakfast.
Thanks for your help! Looks like I'm going to book breakfast.
Are waffles and/or pancakes also served there? The one of the kids does not like eggs at all.
I'm trying to decide if I want to try to get a before park opening ressie or a later ressie and spend some time enjoying Future World before breakfast.
We have done dinner here twice & the food is terrible...I decided on breakfast this time on our last day. We have an 815am ressie, but the park doesn't open till 9. How do we handle that?
I haven't done dinner there but I've done breakfast and lunch and much preferred the food at breakfast for myself. Although DD probably ate better at lunch because she's a big pancake/waffle eater at breakfast and they didn't have those (at lunch they had raviolis, which she loves).
