Grand Floridian only has Club Level rooms in it's Main Building and the Polynesian does not have any rooms located in it's Main Building... I guess you can take those two off your list. The Contemporary does have standard rooms in the Tower available, but those are more expensive than standard garden wing rooms.
For us, it would come down to the Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary (tower), or Beach Club.
We love the theming and new room at the WL; its also one of the most affordable deluxes. The Lodge itself is smaller and very "quaint" and we love the location on Bay Lake and boat to MK. Standard rooms will often give views of the pitched roof or parking lot though.
The new rooms at the Contemporary are AMAZING in our opinion. Very mature and "elegant." Walking distance to the MK is fantastic with small kids and the TTA is the next stop on the monorail. Views from the Tower provide either a MK or Bay Lake view... but like I said, standard rooms at the CR are located in the garden wing; tower rooms are extra.
We love the location and pool at the Beach Club! This is our ideal "summer resort" in terms of swimming and evening strolls to the Boardwalk. We love being in walking distance to Epcot and only a boat ride away from MGM. The resort has a very relazing feel! Most standard rooms offer views of the woods, courtyard area, and a handful overlook the front entrance. We picked standard at the Beach Club since most standards at the Yacht Club's can the front parking/loading area. Several do overlook a wooded area and quiet pool, but we felt we had better chances of getting a "nicer" view at the Beach Club compared to the Yacht Club.
Animal Kingdom's standard rooms have similar views like you'll find at the WL.
Boardwalk's standard rooms will overlook the main entrance/bus stops
If your looking to splurge for a view, I'd definately suggest a Tower room or water view at the Boardwalk! Courtyard at the WL is also very nice!
