loooking for healthy options and have 3 young kids with us. We will follow the recommended guide from touringplans.com in terms of the order of the rides and attractions so the places to eat need to make sense logistically as well. Do not want fried foods or deli sandwiches.

We enjoy Biergarten in Epcot for lunch... I think Via Napoli would be a nice sit down for lunch, too.

MK, I would go with LTT for lunch (we are going to try it there in May). The lunch menu looks good.

Animal Kingdom, definitely Yak & Yeti.

I would recommend the following sit downs for lunch:
MK-Cinderella's Royal Table (always yummy and the room is beautiful)
AK-Tusker House (buffet with many healthy options, and many options for potential fussy eaters)
EPCOT-Coral Reef (healthy choices and a great view of the "Living Sea"
DHS-Brown Derby (several healthy choices, I would suggest sharing the Cobb salad as it is way too much for one person)

For us we like:

MK: Tony's and we'll be trying LTT in May
Epcot: Biergarten, Tutto/Via Napoli
DHS: Sci-Fi (DH usually gets that cucumber salad instead of fries)
AK: Y&Y

For lunch at MK we like either CP or LTT.

At AK we prefer Flame tree even though it is counter service.

Epcot LeCellier if it our world showcase day other wise we just hit Sunshine Season's in the land for counter service.

Denise in MI

Hollywood Studios - Hollywood Brown Derby
MK - Liberty Tree Tavern
Epcot - Le Cellier
AK - Yak and Yeti

You mentioned healthy, and LTT at MK has an entree salad that's excellent.

AK- Yak and Yeti
Epcot- Biergarten, Coral Reef or my favourite of all Sunshine Seasons.
We didnt eat in MK.
HS- Mama Melrose

In the park.
MK--Tony's
Epcot---Bistro by a mile
AK---Yak and Yeti

Epcot has better everything thing than ANY other park anywhere foodwise so you can do well easily.MK and AK don't have many options truly palatable so we normally do a resort restaurant nearby but do enjoy the above.

We like Crystal Palace for lunch at MK. Lots of good buffet options. We have also enjoyed Tony's and Plaza Cafe, but they probably are not convenient to your touring plan. Liberty Tree Tavern was good as well, and we will be going back there for lunch on our next trip.

At DHS we like Mama Melrose for lunch.
