If you don't mind the short walk from Boardwalk to the Swan, then I highly recommend Palio at the Swan!

Magic Kingdom: honestly, I would take the monorail to O'Hana's at the Poly or the California Grill at the Contemporary (as long as you've got the big plan, go nuts)
