Best luggage?

We are in *need* of new luggage. Do you have any recommendations? Right now we are using an Eddie Bauer set from MIL and it is about 4 years old.
DH travels all over the world for work, and he is super hard on luggage, so the only intact pieces from that set are the large suitcase and the tote.

I am in the same boat. I travel a lot for work and struggled with buying a new carry on. I also need a new checked bag as we do travel a lot and our last trip was it for that bag. I ended up on EBAGS website as we've bought lots of "ebags" bags and have never been dissapointed. I ended up buying a hardside spinner Ebags EXO as my carryon and think I will buy the bigger size one as well. I have to say I will always buy spinner wheels from now on. My arms and back did not hurt. And my three year old daughter can push it around when full. The wheels are soooooo amazing. Some times the bag even drifted off. I'm sure the Checked bag will get beaten up more than my carryon but that's ok because Ebags has a lifetime warranty. I THINK they can exchange or replace if samaged. The website also has free returns if you get it and don't like it. Oh, and definitely search the web for coupon codes. You'll be able to find a sale. Hope that helps some?
