I'm already planning for 2012 and I'm hoping to bring my brother and his family with us to the Fort. His wife is currently a stay at home mom since their 3 kids are still young and so big vacations are not in their budget - but since my husband and I would be picking up most of the costs, this vacation may be manageable for them ... and we would be thrilled to have them with us!
That being said, we have a 35ft RV that easily sleeps my family of 5. My brother figured he would just tent camp with his family - which they enjoy - and if it gets too cold or anything, they can just bunk in with us.
Since we will have both an RV and a tent at our site, I wanted to be sure that we had the most appropriate site to fit everyone. We loved the 300 loop our last trip since it was convenient for us - but I just don't know enough about the fort - as so many of you do - to know if it makes sense to choose another loop.
Also, is there any issue with this tent/rv combo at a site?
