Best location for currency exchange?

We are going to DLP for the first time ever from U.S. Where should we exchange dollars for euros?
* At home before we leave (Indianapolis)?
* Indianapolis Airport?
* DLP train station (is that even an option?)
* DLP resort (Sequoia Lodge)?
* DLP parks?
* Other?

We will then be traveling to London. Where should we exchange dollars for pounds?
* At home/airport in Indianapolis?
* At DLP?
* When we arrive in London? If so, where? At St. Pancras? Our hotel?

Please help!

I recon you're best to do it at home.

As thats how I always get the best rates. If you wait till you're abroad you tend to pay more - especially at tourist places.

If you have £s left over before you leave for france, then change them up in the UK. The way to get the best rate is to either go into a Post Office or to a big Marks & Spencers store (I know the one at Covent Garden has a bureau de change.
