It really depends on your tastes. Our family personally loves the Epcot View from a higher floor. We had a spectacular view of Illuminations and a really nice view of Spaceship Earth. During the day there is not much to see but some trees, a road and the tops of some of the countries and the top of the land. But, that was fine for us because of the fact that we could see Illuminations at night, my kids are 5 and 7 and it was so nice to come back to the room every other night around 8:30, give the kids a bath, put them in thier jammies and then go sit out on the balcony and watch the fireworks. Afterwards, we just put them to bed.
If your not going to be in your room in the evenings to take advantage of the fireworks, I wouldn't suggest asking for one of these rooms.
The other 2 views I would suggest would depend on your taste as well, one would be a quiet woods view, where you really don't see anything but woods. (A few rooms see the fireworks too), but mostly it just woods and its very quiet. The other view would be the pool view. There is definatly a lot to see there and it is lit up really pretty at night.
