Best Lines

So I am planning a trip for the end of November for 9 - 11 people depending on the day. We are going to utilize FP and early morning magic hours as much as possible but I was wondering what lines are the most interactive. I haven't been since 2013 and can only recall Haunted Mansion and Winnie the Pooh. So in your options what are the best lines to wait in if you must stand in line. Thanks in advance!

In addition to what you already list
Peter Pan is #1
Flight of Passage #2
7Dwarfs #3

There are games played in the standby line at Soarin' and Space Mountain

RnR has some stuff in the line but it's not anything that would make me want to go through the standby line to see it

Everest has some stuff in the FP line, there is more in the Stand By line. Same with Kali River. I personally feel you see enough in FP line to make it worthwhile to just do FP. If the standby line is short, you'd move too fast through to see the stuff anyway.

I feel like I'm forgetting something.....

i really like the standby line of FoP, but wouldn't consider it interactive. Lots to see and look at.

To the current list for interactive lines, add Voyage of LIttle Mermaid at MK, Soarin,
Not sure if you want to consider the car design in TT interactive

The interactive activities in 7DMT have been removed. Now it’s only a box of gems that can be seen but not moved around.

The reasoning was that Disney wants more people using the Disney app for games than the physical interaction in the queues.

Interesting. I never use the standby lines for this ride so in all the years it's been open I've only seen it once, during one DAH they let us in.
I would use the app if there was a way to play with others (like there is with the game at Soarin')

Thats too bad, they were fun. When did they take them out? I thought they were there when we were there in the spring.

They are supposed to be adding a Play Disney Parks game to the Mine Train queue.

I think almost every queue is beneficial in telling the story or pre-story of the attraction. My favorite queue currently is Flight of Passage. I also love Everest.

My issue with the interactive queues is that it slows people down. Inevitably someone will be messing around and not paying attention that the line has moved. 7 dwarves was the worst I experienced.

Shouldn't cause you to get on the ride any later as the same number of people are in front of you in the line whether there is a gap or everyone is glued to the back of the person in front of them. The number of riders per vehicle does not change.

And? Other than causing a gap, and a longer line behind you, what does it do? I'm willing to bet there are still a fair number of people waiting in front of that person so it's not like their keeping you from boarding the ride. They are just keeping you from moving you, and then standing to wait again.

It's the same reason the CM yelling to close up the gap between you and the other guest will speed up your wait time makes ZERO sense. The number of people is what controls wait time. Not the length of the line.

Because it's annoying? It doesn't matter that there are people in front of still waiting to board. It holds up everything. And like you said, it causes a longer line behind me. That's why it's annoying. :sad2:
