Best Lagoon View Room At Poly????

All Poly experts!!!! Where is the best lagoon view room at the POLY? NOT a conceirge room, but a reg. lagoon view room!!!! Are nonsmoking better than smoking room??? Does it have a balcony? TIA!!!!

Tahiti has great lagoon view rooms (smoking and non) with a large grass area and than a quiet beach area.

Tuvalu has great lagoon views as well but with just a small grass area to a rope railing that drops off to the water but there is no foot traffic at all because it is closed off to access other than from the lv rooms.

Aotearoa also has some nice views of the lagoon but is set back farther than the other two.

Tahiti and Tuvalu both have smoking and non-smoking but Aotearoa is all non-smoking.

Pictures of Tahiti are beautiful!!! Where do I request in Tahiti for this fantastic view? Do the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies? Would love to stay concierge, but saving the extra $$$ will allow us to spilt our stay between 2 deluxes!!

I don't suggest trying to request a specific room. You will be lucky if they can put you in the building you want. With a lagoon view room I would not worry too much about where you get put but suggest to them you want Tahiti. Half the second floor is smoking and the second and third floors have balconies. The first floor has an open patio and the view is great from the ground floor also. There are only a handfull (less than 5) rooms that I can remember being blocked.
