Best Island Tours - Tortola & St Thomas?

Hello! I am going on my first Disney cruise in August. I want to plan ahead and look at excursions. Can anyone comment on the:

Tortola: North Shore & Pussers Landing Tour
St Thomas: St. John Island Tour

Im thinking of just renting snorkelling equipment at Castaway Cay.

The North Shore & Pussers Landing Tour in all likelihood will not be offered when DCL returns to Tortola.

The Pussers facility was destroyed in the hurricane with no ETA for rebuild, and possibly won't ever be rebuilt.
